Do you train an AI model on my business?
No. Yixnova compiles your confirmed facts, pricing rules and website content into structured knowledge. The model reads it through validated tools. Changing a price never requires retraining.
Can the AI make up a price?
No. Prices come only from the deterministic pricing engine. A money guard blocks any number your rules didn’t produce and replaces it with the calculated quote.
What happens if the AI provider is down or I hit my limit?
The assistant switches to a reliable fallback mode: exact prices, hours and policies still work, and visitors can still leave their details. It never shows a blank widget.
Will it slow down my website?
No. The loader is under 12 KB, starts after your page is idle, reserves no layout space and loads the chat UI only when opened.
Is it GDPR / CCPA friendly?
It’s designed for it: point-of-collection notice, explicit Send action, encrypted contact fields, finite retention, export and delete. Choose the notice template for your jurisdiction and have it reviewed.
Will my visitors see the Yixnova name?
No. The widget is white-label on every plan, including Free — visitors only see your business name, colors and logo. You can optionally show a small “Powered by Yixnova” line.
