1. Copy your snippet
The Install page in your dashboard shows your personal snippet. It looks like this:

3. Verify
Press “Verify install” in the dashboard. Yixnova checks your page and sees the loader’s first heartbeat. Make sure your domain is on the allowed-domains list.
Content Security Policy (CSP)
If your site uses a CSP, allow these sources:

- The loader is under 12 KB and starts once your page is idle.
- The chat UI loads only when a visitor opens it.
- It reserves no layout space and never touches your styles (closed shadow DOM).
- It honors reduced motion; effects are capped by FPS and pixel density.
Troubleshooting
- Launcher doesn’t appear: Is your domain on the allowlist? Is the assistant live? Any CSP error in the console?
- Verify fails: Purge your cache plugin and make sure the snippet is on the live page.
